Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Blueprint DTC LLC ("Blueprint DTC", "we") collects when you use blueprintdtc.com, our programs and our emails, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what we need to deliver what you asked for, we do not sell it, and you can leave any time.

1. What we collect

What you give us. Name, email, phone (if you opt in to SMS), store URL, and anything you type into a form or application (for example revenue range, channels, what is not working).
Purchase data. Handled by Whop. We receive your name, email, product, plan status and payment status. We never see your full card number.
Automatically. Pages viewed, referrer, device and browser type, approximate location from IP, and ad interaction data, via cookies and pixels from Google Analytics and Meta.
Inside the programs. Messages, posts, call recordings and files you share in the Whop community and on calls.

2. How we use it

To send you what you asked for: the files, the newsletter, program access, replies to your message or application.
To run the programs: onboarding, check-ins, call reminders, support.
To improve the site and our content, using aggregated analytics.
To market to you by email and SMS if you opted in. Every message has an unsubscribe link or STOP instruction.
To measure and target advertising on Meta and Google, using pixel and Conversions API data.
To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Who we share it with

Service providers who process data for us under contract: Klaviyo (email and SMS), Whop (checkout, community and course hosting), Google (analytics and ads), Meta (ads), cal.com (scheduling), our automation and form tools, and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal information. Sharing with Meta and Google for advertising may count as "sharing" under some state laws; you can opt out below. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. SMS

If you opt in to SMS you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and program messages from Blueprint DTC at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share SMS consent or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing.

5. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for analytics and, where enabled, advertising pixels. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where technically possible.

6. Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe from email with the link in any message; reply STOP to SMS.
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@blueprintdtc.com. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity.
Opt out of ad-related sharing by emailing hello@blueprintdtc.com with "opt out" in the subject.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws have the rights those laws provide; we honour them for everyone regardless of location.

7. Retention and security

We keep data for as long as you have an account or subscription with us, or as long as you are on our email list, plus the period required for tax and legal records. We use reputable providers, access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as the law requires.

8. Children

The site and programs are for adults running businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
