Refund and Cancellation Policy

Plain language, because it matters at checkout. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Whop; refunds, where due, are issued to the original payment method through Whop.

Free. Nothing to refund. Unsubscribe any time.

Starter · $199 a month, three-month initial term

• The first three months are a commitment. The initial term is billed as stated at checkout and is not refundable once your access has started.
• You can cancel at any point during the initial term; access then ends at the end of month three and does not renew.
• After the initial term the subscription is month to month. Cancel any time in Whop; access continues to the end of the paid month; no refund for that month.
• The course, simulators, files and recordings are delivered digitally and immediately.
• Charged by mistake, or a duplicate charge? Email us within 7 days and we will fix it.

The Blueprint community · $499 a month, three-month initial term

• The first three months are a commitment. The initial term is billed as stated at checkout and is not refundable, in whole or in part, once your access has started.
• You can cancel at any point during the initial term; your membership then ends at the end of month three and does not renew.
• After the initial term the membership is month to month. Cancel any time in Whop; access continues to the end of the paid month; no refund for that month.
• If we cancel your membership for a breach of the community rules, no refund is owed.
• If we shut the community down, we refund any unused portion of a prepaid term.

Coaching

Coaching is sold by application under a coaching agreement. Fees are non-refundable once the first session has been delivered. If you cancel before the first session, we refund the fee minus any non-recoverable costs. Sessions cancelled by you with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited; we will reschedule sessions we cancel.

Agency services

Governed by your master services agreement and statement of work, not this policy.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks filed on delivered digital access may result in immediate loss of access and a ban from future programs.

How to cancel

Log in at whop.com → Your memberships → Manage → Cancel. No email needed. If you get stuck, hello@blueprintdtc.com and we will do it for you the same working day.
