Terms of Service
Last updated September 29, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of blueprintdtc.com, our free resources, the Starter program, the Blueprint community, coaching, and any related content or services (together, the "Services") provided by Blueprint DTC LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("Blueprint DTC", "we", "us"). By using the Services or purchasing through our checkout provider, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
1. Who we are
Blueprint DTC LLC is registered in the State of Oklahoma. Contact: hello@blueprintdtc.com. Purchases are processed by Whop, Inc. ("Whop"), whose own terms also apply to the payment and to your Whop account. Where Whop acts as merchant of record, Whop is the seller for tax and payment purposes and we are the provider of the content and services.
2. The Services
- Free kit and newsletter. Templates, checklists and emails provided at no charge in exchange for your email address. Governed by the licence in section 5.
- Starter. A monthly subscription with a three-month initial term, giving access to the DTC Blueprint course and its interactive simulators, install videos, a monthly live call, team check-ins and a team-run chat. After the initial term the subscription continues month to month until cancelled.
- The Blueprint community. A monthly subscription with a three-month initial term, giving access to weekly live calls, swipe files, teardowns, chat and weekly check-ins. After the initial term the subscription continues month to month until cancelled. Membership is capped; we may close enrolment or run a waitlist at any time.
- Coaching. Advisory sessions with Chris Lester and the Blueprint DTC team, sold by application under a separate coaching agreement presented at checkout.
- Agency services. Done-for-you work under a separate master services agreement and statement of work. These Terms apply to your use of the website only, unless that agreement says otherwise.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your Whop account, your login and everything that happens under it. Keep your details accurate. One seat per person: sharing logins, recordings or files with people who have not paid is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate removal without refund.
4. Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may change; changes apply from your next renewal after notice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Whop account. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Starter and the community each have a three-month initial term. Cancellation inside that term stops renewal at the end of the term; it does not shorten the term or trigger a refund.
- Failed payments may result in suspended access until payment is made.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Licence to our content
All course material, templates, swipe files, recordings, themes and other content are owned by Blueprint DTC LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business (or your employer's, if you purchased for them). You may adapt templates for stores you own or operate. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, share or use our content to build a competing course, community or template product. This licence ends when your access ends, except that you may keep using files you downloaded during a paid period for your own store.
6. Community conduct
Be useful and be decent. No harassment, spam, self-promotion outside designated threads, sharing of other members' confidential information, or recording calls without permission. Teardowns of member accounts are shared inside the community only. We may remove content or members who breach these rules, at our discretion, without refund.
7. No guarantee of results
We teach and apply systems that have worked for our clients. We do not promise that they will work for you. Figures such as "$100M+ generated" describe results across past client engagements and are not typical, guaranteed or a prediction of your results. Your outcomes depend on your product, market, execution, budget and factors outside anyone's control. Nothing in the Services is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
8. Third-party platforms
The Services reference and integrate with third parties (Whop, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, cal.com and others). We are not responsible for their availability, terms, pricing or policy changes. Templates built for a platform may stop working if that platform changes.
9. Your content
Anything you post in the community or share with us for review remains yours. You grant us a licence to use it inside the Services to deliver them (for example, to review it on a call). We will not use your account data or results in public marketing without your written permission.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; they apply to the extent permitted.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Services at any time by cancelling in Whop. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, with no refund for the current period. Sections 5, 7, 10, 12 and 13 survive termination.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at hello@blueprintdtc.com and try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days. Any dispute not resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes affecting paid members, email you before they take effect. Continued use after that is acceptance. Questions: hello@blueprintdtc.com, Blueprint DTC LLC, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
